Sehi Computer Products INC. Computer Hardware Technician Assistant in Rochester Hills, Michigan
Under the supervision of the on site HP Certified Technician, the intern will assist the Service Department in 'break, fix' repairs. The intern will start with material and hands on based training that will generate an understanding of how to handle repairs properly without causing injury to oneself or further damage to the unit. Once an understanding can be displayed the assistant will assist the Technician in hands-on repairs with direct oversight and instruction. Once the intern displays adequate knowledge and ability to complete repairs consistently without reminders or damage, the intern will be given the responsibility to complete the day in and day out task on their own (when comfortable and ready) from intake and troubleshooting, ordering parts, and completing the hands-on repair.
