We are looking for reliable Pultrusion Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions! 1st shift- 7AM-3PM $18.00/hr 2nd shift- 3PM-11PM $18.75/hr 3rd shift- 11PM-7AM $19.00/hr Must have relevant experience. General Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment - Set up and adjust machines according to specifications - Resin mixing and batch mixing - Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality - Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns - Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work are WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position requires that the employee be able to work effectively in a work environment involving: - Manufacturing plant - Exposure to noise and dust -Fiberglass exposure -Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing -Some lifting up to 50 pounds
