Job Description
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of new products, improvement of existing products, maintenance of cost-effective formulations, and timely resolution of technical service issues related to Fluid, Cultured, and Frozen Dairy Products
Conduct Laboratory and Pilot Plant trials
Summer project to align with person’s interests. Will work with suppliers, sales, and/or marketing to design a new product that aligns with potential business opportunities
Requirements
The qualified candidate will be a junior or senior enrolled in an undergraduate Food Science program
