Job Description:

  • Develop and manage strategies for commercial product life cycles from development through lauch and sustainment

  • Develop product roadmaps that continuously enhance products and gain/protect market share

  • Build global marketing strategy to include marketing materials, demonstrations and field tests

  • Perform market and competitive analysis

  • Manage research and development budgets for products

  • Coordinate with multi-functional teams, to include engineering, program management, sales, supply chain and manufacturing

  • Support sales and capture teams in pursuit of new business

  • Participate in project/program meetings as requested

  • Support customer engagements and industry events

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.), Business Administration, Management, or related field

    Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, involving complex and varying problems

  • Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter attitude and ability to take initiative

  • Ability to take on more responsibility over a period of time

  • Ability to learn new tools and processes as related to technology and software

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $57,000 - $106,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
