Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce high-quality parts and components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments as needed. Conduct inspections of finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (minimum of 5 years preferred). Strong understanding of CNC programming, setups, and operations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Experience with various types of CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, etc.) and controls (Fanuc, Haas, etc.). Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification or relevant technical training is a plus.
