District Support
Job Overview:
As District Support for Byrne Dairy & Deli, you will be responsible for supporting the district manager in overseeing multiple store locations within a designated area. Your primary focus will be to ensure operational excellence, maximize sales, and uphold company standards across all stores. You will serve as a liaison between the district manager, store managers, and various departments at the corporate level.

Support the district manager in executing operational strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching store managers and associates to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company policies.
Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address operational issues, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Collaborate with the district manager to develop and execute plans for store renovations, remodels, and new store openings within the district.
Serve as a point of contact for store managers regarding operational concerns, employee relations issues, and customer feedback.
Compile and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and operational reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support the district manager in resolving customer complaints, addressing service issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and the local community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the convenience store industry
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to travel within the designated district and work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and inventory management best practices.
Understanding of financial metrics, budgeting processes, and profit and loss analysis
Commitment to upholding company values, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive work culture
Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
Estimated Annual Salary : $58,000-$62,000
