We're seeking a dedicated Hospitality Coordinator to help maintain a top-tier workplace environment for a globally recognized company producing some of the world's most iconic brands. Salary: $22 - $25 per hour

Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinating conference room setups, dining space reconfigurations, and internal office moves to support events and staff needs.

  • Managing bar and beverage services, including inventory tracking, replenishment, and equipment maintenance.

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as replenishing copy paper, inspecting first aid kits, and restocking office supplies.

  • Cleaning and maintaining coffee machines, café equipment, and common areas to create a welcoming environment.

  • Monitoring and addressing facility needs, such as retrieving storage items, assisting with deliveries, and resolving equipment issues.
