Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining system operations and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred.

  • Valid HVAC technician certification (e.g., EPA 608).

  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.

  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
