University of Rochester Imaging Sciences at East River Road - Assistant Nurse Manager, Outpt in Rochester, New York
Responsibilities
Seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager. The Assistant Nurse Manager will have the responsibility of overseeing daily nursing operations in a fast-paced, multi-imaging modality environment and assist with developing and maintaining efficient workflows and unit/service performance improvement goals and objectives. Supporting staff development and the delivery of safe, efficient, high quality patient care while working collaboratively with the site¿s Radiologic leadership team are key responsibilities. Proven leadership skills, 4 ¿ 5 years of nursing experience, and ACLS certification are desired.
Qualifications
Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $42.17 - $59.03
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job¿s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedule: Full time position available, D/E, occasional weekends, at our adult outpatient imaging center; includes leadership on call responsibilities.
