University of Rochester Imaging Sciences - Interventional Radiology 23-hour Unit - RN 2, Inpt in Rochester, New York
Responsibilities
We provide care to a wide variety of patients after interventional radiology, GI, Urology and other procedures, requiring a 23 hour stay. Our dynamic team is seeking a motivated and flexible nurse interested in caring for patients requiring post Join our team for an exciting opportunity to work in the newly formed 23hour unit in Interventional Radiology recovery area. procedure needs, as well as ongoing assessments during their short stay. Candidates will work collaboratively to optimize the patient to ensure a safe and positive experience from admission to discharge. Supervision of LPN and ambulatory tech, as assigned. ACLS certification is required this setting. 1-2 years medical/surgical experience preferred.
Qualifications
Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $37.93 - $49.31 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
