Compensation Range:

$63,815.00 - $95,723.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

Assists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects from initiation through completion under the guidance of leadership. Coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Provides input to defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develops project plans, financial plans, quality audit follow ups, and associated communications documents. Monitors and tracks project progress. Collaborates with cross-functional teams as needed to gather project requirements and updates. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.

  • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.

  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

  • Directs and manages project development.

  • Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develops full-scale project plans, financial plans, quality audit follow ups, and associated communications documents.

  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of multiple, simultaneous projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments and goals.

Education/Experience:

Bachelors and three years relevant experience
