Responsibilities:
Schedule 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Strong Candidate Identified The electronics shop co-op position requires that the candidate must be enrolled in an Engineering/Engineering Technology Program and be knowledgeable in the design of circuit boards, circuit board assembly, wiring, and oscilloscope use. During a typical co-op period, the candidate's time is divided roughly in the following percentages: - 30% - PCB assembly and testing - 20% - CAD drawings/PCB layout - 20% - Cable or wiring harness manufacturing - 15% - PCB debug - 15% - Chassis (mechanical) machining The University of Rochester is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion to advance the University's mission to Learn, Discover, Heal, Create - and Make the World Ever Better.
