Custom Staffing Inc. Production Line Lead in Rockford, Ohio
Custom Staffing has partnered with a manufacturer in Rockford, OH., for a Line Lead Position. The starting pay will be $18.08/hour. This is a 3rd shift position with the hours of 10p-6a Monday through Friday. You must be able to train on 1^st^ shift, 6a -- 4p Monday -- Thursday with the possibility of overtime on Fridays, 6a-2p. You will be training on 1^st^ for 4-6weeks. The Line Leader will be the point person accountable for the operation/output of a single production line during any given work shift. They will be responsible for total case output, changeovers, CIPs, and managing a team of production employees. They are to be knowledgeable in the operation, set up, change over, and basic maintenance of all equipment and machinery within the production line. Apply Today!
