The Production Team Supervisor oversees the production area in a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company policy and safety procedures. Ensure an effective and accurate production line that minimizes costs and aligns with the unit objectives.
Plans, schedules and monitors the production cycle, following company instructions. Coordinates the efficient movement of production to meet area requirements. Applies process specifications governing the production of product within an assigned cell, records production time and quantity data at the cell . Performs complex precision assembly in accordance with written, visual and verbal instructions. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
Good/Strong/Excellence verbal and written communication skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines.
Strong prioritization skills. Supervisory skills, including delegation, training and evaluating performance.
This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders], or have refugee or asylee status).
