Summary This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Administrative Officer, GS-0341-14, you will: Collaborating with the Division of Administrative Services' Director by providing advice and operational oversight. Interpreting policies, procedures, and practices concerning all aspects of travel. Providing technical assistance to Contract Office Representatives (COR's). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL the following: Planning, directing, coordinating, and/or evaluating policies, priorities, travel, time and attendance, space management and/or other management functions. Reviewing, approving, and/or disapproving all travel requests for staff. Serving as the Contracting Officer's technical representative or works with subject matter experts in the development of contract documents. Providing advice and/or guidance to the organization's officers, managers, and senior leadership regarding a wide range of administrative tasks.
