  • Build products such as electric motors, computers, electronic control devices, and linear motors. Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering, and powered screw drivers

  • Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports

  • Pack finished products for shipment and label components.

  • Responsible for correcting defects.

  • Test product to ensure conformance to specifications.

  • Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to blueprint specifications, using instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

  • Populate or modify/replace components on printed circuit board assemblies.

  • Test functional performance.

  • Standard work and ad hoc responsibilities as defined by organizational priorities and standards.

  • Workflow determined by internal and external customer requirements.

  • Prior manufacturing experience is required

  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills.

  • Strong outlook towards safety and quality

  • Ability to stay organized and keep work area clean

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • Ability to learn quickly on the job

  • Strong team player and able to collaborate with people across different functions

  • Able to wear multiple hats in a lean environment
