Schedule: Part Time
Shift : Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

The role you’ll contribute:
To deliver individualized, age-appropriate patient care in the field of Occupational Therapy. To assist the Occupational Therapist in the provision of treatment, discharge planning, education and preventative rehabilitative care to patients in need of same. Services may be provided across the full continuum of care and should be rendered in a cost conscious, quality focused and customer oriented manner. The role of the assistant is to enable the provision of care that allows for the restoration or improvement of function while reducing dependencies and in the reduction and/or prevention of injuries. Accountable for regulatory compliance for documentation and charges as well as adherence to all system and department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
· Graduate of an accredited school with an Associate degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
· BLS certification within 30 days of hire
· Current licensure in the state of Georgia in respective discipline
