Full job description Site Supervisor/Ronkonkoma (full-time). The Site Supervisor of the social model adult day services program has overall day-to-day responsibility for all elements of program operations. (participant assessments, care plans, staff scheduling and supervision; food service, billing, general office management, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Social Work, Gerontology, or Therapeutic Recreation preferred or Associates Degree plus relevant work experience required. Must have at least three years of supervisory/management experience in senior services or related field. The Site Supervisor must be available to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM 4:00 PM. Contact: hr@ucp-li.org and provide cover letter, resume and salary requirements.
