We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Utah. This role involves overseeing accounting functions, managing software systems, and ensuring financial services are compliant and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes

• Handle the use and management of accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ensure the accuracy of data within these systems and rectify any discrepancies promptly

• Oversee the operations of the audit processes as well as manage the company's financial reports

• Maintain and manage all financial records, logbooks, and ledgers related to the organization’s accounts

• Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information

• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department

• Implement and monitor the company's financial systems, strategies, and regulations

• Work with the financial team to compile and analyze financial reporting packages

• Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with BlackLine software

• Familiarity with Concur software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Experience with Billing Functions
