Our client, an industrial company, is seeking a Welding Robot Operator to join their team. As a Welding Robot Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Welding Robot Operator
Location: Clare, MI
Pay Range: $15.50/hour
What's the Job?
Set up, maintain, and operate robotic welding equipment
Position, secure, and fabricate parts of manufactured products by following order specification documents
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in robotic welding or a related field
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
