First Children Services (FCS), a family-owned, family-operated organization, is actively seeking a passionate and dynamic Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and collaborate in our unique and varied services locations.  At our STRIVE clinical setting, we provide diagnostic evaluations, followed with evidence-based therapeutic services and ABA while focusing on a happy, relaxed and engaged environment for our clients. Through behavioral parent training and outreach, we are providing full circle care. We are a passionate and dynamic group; unique for our eclectic, fun and collaborative spirit while still adhering to a high quality, evidence-based practice. As an approved provider by the New Jersey Department of Education, FCS delivers comprehensive ABA, consultation, and mental health support services to local district public, private, and charter schools.
