Our leading foodservice distributor client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their creative services team on 6 month freelance basis that will continuously extend.\ \ This role will be hybrid: 2-3 days onsite; the rest remote.\ The Training Period (2 months) would need to be 3 days onsite. This client is cta accessible; steps off the blue line\ \ Project Coordinator Must Have skills:\ - Experience Working on a large volume of projects, Trafficking thru a work flow with speed and professionalism.\ - Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables), SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote.\ - Experience tracking/monitoring projects in Excel & working with printing/shipping vendors & create reports on outcome\ - Experience managing digital workflows email + paid search.\ \ The Project Coordinator Responsibilities:\ - Working on a large volume of print and digital projects in a fast-paced environment\ - Oversee/execute assigned projects from start to finish.\ - Continuously track and monitor the progress of tasks\ - Liaise with printing and shipping vendors\ - Managing digital workflows including email correspondence and paid search.\ - Address non-compliance issues promptly and effectively\ - Working within Excel (including Pivot Tables), SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote.\ Tracking/Reporting for content; keep production moving and reporting on daily weekly status\ - Working within Excel; date files/sheets, v looks ups to support content; doing pivot tables\ - Creating reports on outcome of projects\ - Tracking/Monitoring project in excel\ - Creating timelines, working with data in excel files\ \ Creative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
