CPI Card Group Facilities Supervisor in Roseville, Minnesota

Facilities Supervisor Job Locations US-MN-Roseville Job Category Operations ID 2024-9236 Shift US - Weekday days Overview The Facilities Supervisor coordinates the day-to-day cleaning, maintenance, and maintenance inventory of CPI's MN facilities. They will lead a small team of custodians and support any contracted custodian. Your leadership and planning will be essential in optimizing our facilities, cost reduction and improving efficiency. Responsibilities Manages the facilities and maintenance supplies including maintenance inventory with a lens toward cost reduction Developing and implementing maintenance plans, schedules, and strategies to ensure facilities are well-maintained, improved as required, and compliant with regulations. Ensuring facilities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, managing permits and certifications, and addressing compliance issues proactively. Establishing and enforcing quality control standards, conducting regular inspections and performance assessments to ensure maintenance work consistently meets established criteria. Collaborating with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and ensuring work is completed to specifications and within budget. Collaborates across functional areas to implement needed improvements (tools, equipment, procedures, forms, training materials, etc.) Follow all safety policies and procedures including enforcing required PPE, following incident reporting protocol, and completing all required safety training.
