Job Details Responsibilities Demonstrates successful pressure injury reduction strategies and ostomy management by applying evidence based practice, fiscal accountability and staff competency. Able to educate all members of the interdisciplinary care team. Reference reflected skilled communication, effective decision making and authentic leadership. Understands the spirit of a Magnet Hospital including enthusiasm to conduct nursing research. Requirements Masters in nursing, Wound Ostomy and Continence National Nursing Certification. Preferred APRN (NP or CNS). Nursing experience reflects accountability and autonomy. Must have experience for a minimum of 2 years working in the role of WOCN. Current ACLS, PALS and FCCS preferred, preferred experienced as a clinical educator preferred or experienced as a assistant nurse manager. Certification in all 3 specialties through WOCN Certification Board. Salary Range USD $52.14 - USD $78.49 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
