Job Description
Our client is seeking an Account Manager who will play a crucial role in maintaining the satisfaction of existing clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining current accounts. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle inbound tickets, and troubleshoot issues by looking into logs and performing critical analysis. This role is onsite Mon - Fri from 9-6

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience with CSS, HTML, and website maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Familiarity with software setup and user management.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Experience working for a SaaS company
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree null
