Actalent Landscape Architect in ROSWELL, Georgia

Job Title: Landscape ArchitectJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect with a general knowledge of the professions of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching property records, performing and checking calculations, preparing and completing Civil Engineering and Land Surveying drawings, and performing periodic site inspections and visits.

Responsibilities

  • Research property records

  • Perform and check calculations

  • Prepare and complete Civil Engineering and Land Surveying drawings

  • Conduct periodic site inspections and visits

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture

  • 1-4 years of landscape design experience

  • Experience with commercial site layouts, drafting, and site development

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Civil 3D (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with SketchUp (not required)

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Valid driver's license

Work Environment

The work will be conducted at Roswell Mill, involving the use of various technologies and equipment relevant to landscape architecture, civil engineering, and land surveying. The work environment includes site visits and may require appropriate attire for fieldwork.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00
