FT - Performs all routine in-house labs as ordered for all Kymera Clinics and referrals from other clinics; prepares send-out labs for transport; performs in-house quality controls on instruments; assists with phlebotomy as necessary; orders lab specific supplies; assures cost-efficient usage of supplies; performs instrument maintenance as required; troubleshoots on instrument problems; assists with developing and maintaining lab specific policies and procedures complying with state and federal regulations. Manages laboratory and draw area, including lab staff and phlebotomists.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- MLS: 1 year (Preferred)
