Description
We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in Round Rock, Texas. In this role, you'll work within the technology equipment resale industry, focusing on federal government clients. Your daily responsibilities will involve accounts receivable, collections, and invoice management. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Manage cash applications and keep track of deposits on a daily basis
• Coordinate with the operations team for invoice creation and management
• Upload invoices into portals for processing by the government
• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions
• Keep meticulous notes documenting team activities for review and escalation
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and assist with month-end reporting and analysis.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with Accurint is essential.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• CRM skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Epic Software is important.
• Must be adept at managing Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Capability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently.
• Proficient in Billing Functions.
• Experience in Claim Administration is critical.
• Must understand and be able to execute Collection Processes effectively.
