AI Fire: Senior Financial Analyst
Remote Position
Description:
In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with business partners, consolidate company financials and perform financial analysis and reporting to support the business.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop corporate reporting, to include 3 statements, lender and board packages, and operational metrics using web based reporting tools (Planful).
Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts from inception that guide the company's strategic decision-making on revenue drivers, new product development and key initiatives.
Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends, variance analysis and performance indicators.
Create and maintain critical dashboards that are actionable for Senior Management
Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plans in line with the strategic direction of the company.
Develop and prepare executive-grade presentations and reporting for leadership team and board meetings.
Provide ad hoc analytical support to influence decision making with financial perspective.
Develop scalable and efficient financial processes that support the business.
Understand data architecture and effectively utilize data from multiple systems.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or highly analytical field is required.
3 to 5 years of related business financial experience in addition to a proven track record of superior financial modeling and analysis is required.
Experience in financial reporting consolidations.
Proficiency in building financial and decision support models, ideally 3-statement models and cash flow forecasts.
Demonstrated knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices, analysis and reporting financial data.
Experience using Planful (financial reporting tool) is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial analyses to senior leaders clearly and concisely.
Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
Experience in a service or project industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SQL.
Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
ERP/accounting systems and Business Intelligence solutions knowledge is preferably MS Dynamics GP and MS PowerBI or Tableau Certifications in Accounting,
QuickBooks, Excel & Database/Access if preferred.
Willing to travel up to 15%

Salary range $85,000-$100,000 plus bonus!
