Hlavní úkoly:
Komplexní řízení oddělení kvality
Udržování a zlepšování QMS
Dohled nad kontrolou kvality výroby a výrobních procesů
Zodpovědnost za certifikace
Řešení kvalitativních reklamací od zákazníků, provádění a vyhodnocování nápravných opatření
Řešení kvalitativních problémů u dodavatelů
Řízení auditů dodavatů, účast na zákaznických auditech a provádění interních auditů
Spolupráce při zavádění nových projektů do výroby
Reporting řediteli závodu, komunikace se zahraniční centrálou a ostatními pobočkami skupiny
Úzká spolupráce s ostatními členy managementu
