The Manager Global Marketing Activation - B2B International leads the development and execution of the B2B Marketing Plan, supporting the Energizer B2B channel business plan across the international markets.
He/She works closely with the B2B Director, developing marketing strategies to grow the business and the Brand whilst driving SSE initiatives across the B2B organization. He/she also partners with the local Commercial and Marketing teams, gathering competitive insights and ensuring roll out of international plans to support their business.

Responsibilities
Partner with B2B Channel Director
Develop insightful and actionable analysis and provide inputs to strategy development & profitable growth
Contribute to sales presentations incl. quotations, proposals, slide shows, and product capability booklets
Contribute to manage and build close business relationship with key international customers
Ensure that objectives in terms of visibility, volume and customer price of products are achieved
Own development of the annual marketing plan for B2B International in line with Global & B2B direction
Build a winning program of activities and initiatives (retail, online, contract) that meet expectations for both the Energizer Brand and Customers’ expectations:
Develop necessary POS material
Develop and execute promotional campaigns
Develop off and online content supporting core and innovation initiatives (that could include videos, brochures, catalogues, technical instructions, fact sheets, and information booklets…)
Coordinate with cross-functions to develop the right trade & consumer-facing communication supporting our strategy in B2B environments
Manage, maintain, and update as necessary the existing B2B Websites – in coordination with Global team
Collaborate with Global teams (including Marketing, ESG, Category teams…) to ensure they are kept abreast of B2B requirements, fully endorse the B2B plan and support us to meet these requirements.
Manage and build close business relationship with key stakeholders in the local markets, seek understanding of the markets’ requirements and gather insights in the objective to build efficient central marketing support.
Oversee implementation of centrally developed tools locally to maximize opportunities and ensure effective implementation of strategies within major channels and customers.
Provide clear and timely communication of the strategies and tools to stakeholders and to the organization (Including maintenance of the shared B2B resource center)
Liaise with Marketing Operations to deliver against Master Data standards required by B2B customers
What we are looking for
Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or similar discipline.
Fluent in English
A minimum of 5 years solid brand management experience and/or trade marketing in FMCG
Ideally, experience in B2B with knowledge of B2B distribution
Proven track record of working in a multicultural environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Familiarity in working in a complex matrix environment – desirable
Technical skills:
Brand management & trade marketing skills

Knowledge of market research methods and analysis – Nielsen and/or GfK knowledge a plus
