Specific Duties:

• Understand production work orders, load tags, time sheets and all other relevant documents, palletizing instructions and GMP's.
• Understands computer system and input of data.
• Performs quality checks on products (board grade, flutes, singleface/doubleface sides and overall board quality) and is able to identify defects.
• Maintains production efficiencies and standards.
• Able to perform miscellaneous job functions in an accurate and efficient manner, and few examples:
  • Packing
  • Palletizing
  • Bundling
  • Stacking
  • Sorting
  • Load Tags
• Performs all duties in a manner, which is safe for all parties involved.
• Assists the Operator in efficient operation of the machine centers.
• Maintains good housekeeping in production areas.

Knowledge Required:  Basic math, reading, communications skills

Reports to:  Converting Supervisors/ Production Supervisors

Internal Contacts:  Close working relationship with production operators and other production personnel.  Occasional contact with office personnel and other managers.

External Contacts:  Occasional contact with vendors or customers (i.e. during customer audits).
