We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Records Management Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Rugby facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining records with the help of advanced Movu Robotics technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge environment and contribute to the seamless operation of our records management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Records Management: Accurately process, organise, and retrieve physical and digital records using our automated systems.

  • Robotics Operation: Operate and monitor Movu Robotics technology to ensure efficient handling and storage of records.

  • Inventory Control: Maintain up-to-date inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Data Entry: Input and update information in the database accurately and efficiently.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of records, conducting checks to guarantee compliance with company standards.

  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients by responding to requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Keyholder Responsibilities : Act as a keyholder for the facility, ensuring secure access and monitoring of the premises.

  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergencies and ensuring continued operational efficiency. On-call duties come with additional rates of pay

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in records management, warehousing, or a similar environment preferred.

  • Proficiency with automated systems and basic computer skills. Experience with robotics or automation technology is a plus.

  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift and move boxes and materials as required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
