Job Title: Electrical Apprentice - NIGHTS
Job Description
Join our dynamic team and contribute to the installation of basic electrical equipment and systems in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Responsibilities include running rigid (1.5 inch) pipe down to gear boxes, wiring 3-way switches, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components, and devices following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans. Additionally, you will install and mount electronic controls, devices, panels, sensors, and components, as well as test electrical systems and the continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices. This role requires experience with Electrical Distribution systems and wiring up 480V, installing conduit, wireways, pulling wiring/cables, and terminating cables. You will also need to read and interpret electrical blueprints and control wiring diagrams.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Ruther Glen, Virginia.
Work Environment
Located in Ruther Glen, VA, you will work Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 2am. Currently, the schedule includes working 4 10-hour shifts and an 8-hour shift, but there is a plan to transition to a straight 40-hour work week comprised of four 10-hour shifts. The role is based in a nice manufacturing facility.
