Starting at $21.70 with increases available for relevent experience and higher education up to 25.74!
Monday-Wednesday 1pm - 11pm & Sunday: 7am-5pm
This program is a 16 bed residential unit located on the main campus of Devereux in Rutland, MA. You would be working with a male population ages 15-21 years old. The program is operated with a staff to student ratio of 1:3.
The emphasis of programming on our South Wing is to teach, coach and support our students to learn daily living skills, coping skills and social skills while staying active and having fun!
This position is responsible for managing personal hygiene, chores & room care, meals, medication administration, recreation activities, facilitating peer interactions & socialization, working on their treatment goals, and providing transportation for clients, families, or others as assigned.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Drivers license required.
Minimum Bachelors OR 12 years in a supervisory or direct care role can replace the Bachelors Degree
Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders required
Residential supervisory experience preferred
Schedule:
2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
Monday - Wednesday: 1pm - 11pm & Sunday: 7am-5pm
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
