Client Care Assistant (Veterinary Receptionist)
Salary: £25,290 per annum
Location: Village Vet, Brackenbury
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 42 hours per week,
Shifts: This is a flexible role so must be available to cover early (from 8am) or late shifts (finish at 7pm), including every other Saturday morning (until 1 .30pm)
One Bank holiday per year.
An opportunity has arisen to join our team at our fantastic Brackenbury branch (Shepherds Bush) as a Veterinary Receptionist!
You will be working alongside our clinical team and responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive a professional five-star service throughout their time with us.
Roles and Responsibilities
Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service
Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business
Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan
Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
Booking appointments and diary management
Managing telephone and email enquiries
Taking payment for services and products
Managing cash, stock and client accounts
Opening and closing the practice
confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills.
Our front-of-house teams are the face and voice of our business therefore, this role is extremely valued within the hospital team.
