What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Product Support
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil
In this role, you’ll:
You will help ensuring SAP customers' systems and environments remain operational, accessible, secure and adequately integrated in their landscapes, as well as assist them in solving associated issues.
You will help delighting SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors, by referring to SAP's collective knowledge repositories, solved customer incidents, official documentation and checking the configuration.
You will share knowledge by creating Knowledge Base Articles, exchanging experiences and discussing solutions with colleagues and collaborating in forums.
You will learn many technical and business-related topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring and e-learning offerings.
You will monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.
When needed, you will report errors to development teams.
Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues.
Close cooperation with other Product Support teams and Development Support.
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented University Students currently enrolled to an IT related course with at least 2 years until graduation.
Fluent English is required (oral/written), as you will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, internal systems and phone on a daily basis.
Ability to troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis and work in business-critical issues while managing own time effectively is key.
Can-Do attitude, Customer focus, strong communication skills (oral/written) and flexible approach to working in global teams.
Basic knowledge in SQL/database architecture, network protocols, operating systems (Unix/Windows) and SAP products would be beneficial.
Desirable knowledge in Information Security, cryptography, performance tuning at OS level, computer programming and debugging.
