Shire Product Manager - Neuroscience in São Paulo, Brazil
Principal function is to develop and implement the Brand Plan for the Shire Neuroscience Brands under his/her responsibility aligned with Global Brand Plan.
The Product Manager is accountable to accomplish the defined scope in a compliant manner and is responsible for schedule and budget performance.
Candidate will be the project leader and will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and External and Internal stakeholders.
Successful development of the Local Market Plan
Work with support areas to build a project team and assign individual responsibility levels. Identifies project objectives and business drivers.
Promotes compliance with all corporate, procedures and policies.
Develops project execution plans and develops project budgets
Manages deployment of resources to efficiently execute tasks (includes project meeting management). Manage contract, vendor and service supplier
Integration and support from external stakeholders – KOLs, Patient associations, Medical associations
Develops project reports and makes presentations to steering team and senior management
Lead the planning and implementation among Sales Force
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Manage Project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverable using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to senior management
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Education & Experience Requirements
Marketing, Business Administration, Medical or related degree.
Master degree desirable
Experience in Pharmaceutical market, mainly in products related to the same Physicians’ target
Understanding of Brazilian health care system
Budgeting and Finance knowledge
- Availability to travel and Valid Driver´s license required
