Robert Half Part Time Bookkeeper in Saco, Maine
Description We are seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Saco, Maine. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks such as invoicing, bill payments, and bookkeeping. You will also be required to maintain and monitor cash flow and provide reports using QuickBooks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and process payroll, including tracking of PTO
• Handle invoicing and bill payments efficiently
• Maintain and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and monitor cash flow
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial reporting and cash flow tracking
• Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Use Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service. Requirements
• Proficiency in account reconciliation
• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
• Knowledge and experience in bookkeeping
• Excellent data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in managing payroll
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Part-time availability
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Strong problem-solving skills
