Robert Half HR Coordinator in Sacramento, California

Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in the overall success of our team by carrying out various human resources programs and procedures, and assisting with the day-to-day coordination of HR processes and programs. This includes assisting in the administration of employee benefits, maintaining human resources records, upkeeping databases and generating regular reports, and coordinating various HR activities and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries.

  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment efforts and interview process.

  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.

  • Maintain digital and physical records of employees.

  • Assist with performance management and employee evaluation.

  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.

  • Coordinate and execute HR projects, meetings and training seminars.

  • Manage the employee benefits programs, includes enrollments, changes and terminations.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences, leaves and overtime.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.

  • Familiarity with human resources policies, procedures and best practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
