What You'll Do

Responsibilities include providing ridiculously personal experiences and leading all aspects of the food production for rooftop bar, banquets and in room dining, including food preparation according to the specific descriptions and following all sanitation practices. You'll also have an immense passion for cooking and food!

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Prepare high quality food items for customers in a timely and consistent manner.

• Accurately set up food stations for events as designed and requested.

• Practice sanitation and safety through daily cleaning, labeling, and accurate storage of all items.

• Follow all quality standards and attendance policies.

• Work varying schedules to reflect business needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Cooperatively and collaboratively work with other departments as needed.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of prior culinary experience required and a Food Handler Certificate (if applicable).

• Clear communication and basic computer skills.

• Ability to read recipes and accurately follow instructions.

• Successful in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and able to build displays.

• Strong love for cooking and phenomenal service!

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $23.00. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Sacramento, CA.

This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
