We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager to join our team. You will take on multiple projects and work on an inter-disciplinary team. You will attend client meetings and oversee projects from the start to finish. You'll actively manage several moving pieces in a fast-paced team environment.

Essential Job Duties

  • Working with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate deliverables and ensure team members are aligned on next steps.

  • Keep project tracking updated on client software.

  • Attend weekly client meetings to provide latest updates to broader group.

  • Maintain and update project schedule.

  • College degree.

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.

  • Good written and communication skills.

  • Extremely good organizational skills.

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and ability to work with anyone.

  • Self-starter, multi-tasker.

  • Ability to work in a high volume, dynamic team environment.

  • Accountable and dependable, and able to follow through with tasks/project.

  • Willingness to travel (car) 1-3 times per month for meetings/trainings.

This position offers a hybrid/remote schedule.

Location: Sacramento, CA or Oakland, CA
