Wildfire Credit Union Contact Center Representative - Full Time in Saginaw, Michigan
POSITION PURPOSE
This position attends to all telephone and electronic inquiries and transactions for members. Assists or refers members with any and all questions or problems that arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Education/Certification: * High school graduate or equivalent.
*Required Knowledge: * Thorough knowledge of Credit Union services, products and procedures.
Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards.
Understanding of required accounting and loan documentation.
*Experience Required: * Member Service Representative and call center experience preferred, particularly at a financial institution.
*Skills/Abilities: * Excellent communication and interview skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment. Strong analytical and financial skills.
