Kingdom of Care Childcare Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher in Saginaw, Michigan
Leading the development of your classroom using the required age-appropriate curriculum. Creating and implementing weekly lesson plans. Contributing to the leadership and management in your classroom. Supporting, guiding, and reviewing other members of staff in your classroom. Working with other classrooms to contribute towards the general improvement of the center. Provide positive learning and guidance techniques to students. Communicate and interact with parents on students' academic progress. Adhere to and comply with all center rules and guidelines. Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Early Childhood Development Associate Certificate (CDA) or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood education
Training/Courses to be Completed Upon Hiring
- Criminal background check/fingerprinting
- TB test
- CPR/First Aid/AED Training
- MI Registry Health and Safety Courses 1&2
- Bloodborne Pathogen certification
- Infant Safe Sleep & Shake Baby Syndrome training
