Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for loading plastic resin into the roto mold machine and unloading completed products. You will perform quality checks on all completed products, ensuring they are free from imperfections and holes. You will also set up and operate the molding machine safely and efficiently, assemble and disassemble molds using power tools, and utilize a forklift to move products. Additionally, you will attach rigging to products for crane movement.
Responsibilities
Load plastic resin into the roto mold machine and unload completed products.
Perform quality checks on completed products for imperfections and holes.
Set up and operate the molding machine safely and efficiently.
Assemble and disassemble molds using power tools such as a rivet gun.
Utilize a forklift to move products.
Attach rigging to products for crane movement.
Essential Skills
Experience in general labor roles (1+ year).
Power tool experience.
Machine operation experience.
Forklift experience (1+ year) or ability to learn forklift operation.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanically inclined.
Experience with assembly and hand tools.
Warehouse forklift experience.

Work Environment
This is not a climate-controlled environment, which means it can be very warm in the summer due to the oven. In the winter, the temperature is more comfortable, but you will need to move products outdoors throughout the year for storage. The environment is also loud, so hearing protection or headphones can be worn. You will have the ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
