We re looking for an experienced concrete foreman to join our team in Saint Cloud, MN. This direct hire position offers a great opportunity to lead concrete projects and ensure top-quality results. Hours: 1st shift, 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday Friday Benefits of the concrete foreman: Exceptional health insurance HSA contributions Simple IRA with company match up to 3% Key responsibilities of the concrete foreman: Coordinate schedules, allocate tasks, and organize resources to keep projects on time and within budget Oversee all stages of concrete work, ensuring quality standards and client expectations are met Supervise, train, and mentor the team to ensure proper techniques, safety, and efficiency Pour, level, and finish concrete for patios, driveways, sidewalks, and other flatwork Apply decorative techniques like colored, stamped, and exposed aggregate finishes as requested Form and finish concrete landscape curbing to enhance landscape appeal Assist with structural work such as footings, foundations, and CMU block walls Prepare job sites, handle materials, and clean up after each project Follow all safety protocols for a secure work environment Ensure all work meets quality standards for durability and appearance Requirements of the concrete foreman: Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or Foreman, with skills in flatwork, decorative, and structural concrete Strong knowledge of concrete techniques, materials, and tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Additional information: Apply today!
