JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for ensuring the production line has all of the necessary component materials and equipment to accomplish the orders at hand in a timely manner. The position requires knowledge of scanning procedures, identifying materials, equipment requirements, equipment operation, and planning skills. 3rd shift- 10:00p.m.-6:00a.m. Realize your ambition. Follows all GMP\'s as required by the plant. Follows all safety regulations and requirements, including proper PPE. Immediately reports accidents, injuries, and any equipment that is in need of repair. Reads and understands production orders to verify all product information is correct. Verifies that adequate raw materials and supplies are available to meet line production needs, notifies appropriate personnel about anything that is short or cannot be located. Accurately completes required paperwork and data entry for quality and production checks. Visually checks raw product for foreign objects. Visually inspects equipment, tables, floors, etc., to ensure GMP standards are met. Accurately measures or weighs raw materials to ensure proper blends according to production order. Prepares bulk cheese according to production order such as: unboxing, decasing, removing plastic wrap, etc. Safely operates, assembles, and disassembles all equipment such as: harps, grinders, cutters, blenders, Urschels, etc. involved in reducing bulk materials according to production order...
