Catholic Charities is seeking a proactive and organized Annual Giving Manager to join our Advancement team. In this role, you\'ll manage essential fundraising activities, build meaningful donor relationships, and help secure critical funding for our social services across southeastern Wisconsin. What You\'ll Do As the Annual Giving Manager, you will play a key role in Catholic Charities\' mission by engaging and retaining donors, supporting strategic fundraising efforts, and managing key projects. This hands-on role will allow you to: Lead Annual Campaigns: Oversee applications and reporting for our United Way partnerships and other grants, ensuring all deadlines and funding goals are met. Drive Donor Communications: Create engaging donor communication materials, including direct mail appeals, agency newsletters, and regular email updates. Plan Events: Coordinate the Good Samaritan Society donor event with the Archbishop, building community and strengthening donor relations. Enhance Donor Experience: Use data-driven strategies for prospect research, stewardship, and engagement to retain and acquire new donors. Support Digital Outreach: Oversee the online donor experience via our website and social media channels to ensure a cohesive, cross-media approach. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree preferred, especially in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. 2-3 years of experience in communications or marketing, ideally in a nonprofit environment.
