Position Overview:

The Xerox Digital Sales (XDS) Global Client Manager holds global responsibilities encompassing account management, client relationship management, and sales expertise for Commercial Named Accounts. In addition to these core duties, the XDS Global Client Manager is tasked with providing sales support on a global scale. Collaborating closely with account teams worldwide, this role ensures the successful execution of strategic directives for the designated account(s). The XDS Global Client Manager plays a pivotal role in marketing, closing, and supporting sales cycles across all solutions, hardware, and services, as appropriate, on a global level. This entails engaging in proactive telephone sales activities with both new and existing clients across various geographical regions. Furthermore, this position emphasizes not only short-term sales objectives but also entails the development and implementation of long-term strategies to secure account retention, deliver ongoing customer value, and secure future business opportunities for Xerox on a global scale.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales/consulting excellence, proven effective collaboration across stakeholders, leveraging sales aptitude with assertiveness, persistence, and keen listening skills.

  • A post-secondary degree or equivalent experience is preferred, reflecting your commitment to continuous learning.

  • Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office, CRM proficiency and data analysis.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction.

  • Possess personal drive, internal motivation, and a relentless pursuit of high achievement in every endeavor.

  • Ability to approach challenges with maturity, self-confidence, and resilience under pressure, with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong customer service skills, emphasizing your ability to build and exceed client relationships.

  • Experience exceeding targets and metrics & navigating and closing deals with enterprise-level acumen.

  • Showcase great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

  • Reporting Proficiency: Highlight the path to success with monthly forecasts and detailed account-related reporting for the Sales Manager and Account Teams. Keep the CRM system in perfect order with 100% accuracy by maintaining real-time updates of all sales-related activities.

  • Contract Command : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expertly manage contracts, igniting account revenue growth.

  • Client-Centric Focus : Immerse yourself in the client and account team, passionately pursuing a deep understanding of client requirements and operations, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their needs. Exceed Xerox Customer Satisfaction goals by swiftly addressing and harmonizing client issues with the right internal resources.

  • Continuous Learning and Innovation Leadership :Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure that our sales efforts consistently provide exceptional value to our clients, in alignment with Xerox's latest advancements.
