Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing development and support for Energizer Holdings Inc. SharePoint solutions and requires technical expertise in designing, scoping, and delivering SharePoint/PowerApps solutions. The role also requires proactive monitoring and tuning skills to provide ongoing improvements, while establishing and maintaining development, change standards and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business users and other applications teams to identify and implement SharePoint/PowerApps integrated solutions.

  • Support SharePoint landscape, resolve incidents and implement needed changes to the SharePoint environment.

  • Design, develop, test and implement SharePoint/PowerApps solutions.

  • Deploy strategies and solutions as an enterprise service.

  • Support efforts to increase team effectiveness by identifying and implementing best practices, utilizing change management & work review processes, and improving customer communications.

  • Identify technical and process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.

  • Assist in planning for future landscapes and execution of those plans as related to the overall IT strategy.

  • Assist users with questions regarding functionality and technology.

  • Customize SharePoint Online to meet business needs, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionality to assist site owners with issues administering those sites.

  • Manage and configure SharePoint permission and security settings for data integrity and privacy.

  • Administer SharePoint farm as needed.

  • Develop Power Apps solutions that support business processes and improve user experience.

  • Integrate Power Apps with data sources as SharePoint, SQL, databases, and other external systems.

  • Create, manage, and optimize power Automate Workflows to automate business process.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related area or equivalent experience.

  • 3 or more years working in IT with focus on SharePoint application support and development.

  • Experience writing functional design documents, troubleshooting issues, and testing methodologies.

  • Understanding of basic database technologies

  • Strong problem solving and analytical ability.

  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple customer requests at one time

  • Experience with SharePoint administration, security, and site builds.

  • Experience in PowerApps and Power Automate with focus on Canvas and Model-driven Apps.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, teams, and data integration

  • Understanding of a SharePoint installation, how it is supported, maintained, and administered.

  • Experience with large multi-national company.

  • Experience within Consumer Package Goods industry.

  • At least, 2 year of experience in sharepoint development and Power Plataform (power Apps, Power Automate) solutions.
